O/Y

O/Y is a contemporary approach to the synthesis of minimal, dub, electronica, ambient and downtempo. synonymous for impulsive grooves ensnared by deep pads and lighthearted melodies, O/Y is always shifting playfully between micro- and macrocosm. artists such as polar, skudge, moritz von oswald and jay dilla don't often find themselves mentioned in the same breath; as a musical alignment, however, they paint an accurate picture of the rich sound spectrum of this virtuoso. 
after four years of touring the world with his live-set, O/Y started his own label ‘doubt records’ in 2022, organising releases, events and radio-shows under that very name.
