An underground stoner rock act.
Four musicians. A wall of guitars. A raw sense of urgency. Hailing from Paris, Ocean Daze takes the foundations of Stoner Rock and propels them into the modern world. Drawing inspiration from the intensity of Queens of the Stone Age, the heaviness of Soundgarden and the power of Royal Blood, the four-piece delivers a fierce blend of crushing riffs, twisting grooves and striking melodic hooks. Far removed from the genre’s clichés, Ocean Daze uses sonic energy to convey a deeper message. Through dark, evocative lyrics, the band casts a critical eye over the world around them, dissecting power structures, inequality and the deeply rooted patterns which shape our society. The contrast between ferocity and sharp social awareness sets the tone for their upcoming debut album.
