PLUTO THE RACER are a pop punk band from Hanover, Germany, formed in 2019. Starting out in the basements and DIY spaces of small-town Germany, the band found their place somewhere between the energy of hardcore and the melodies of pop punk. After years of writing songs, playing shows and growing together, they are now set to release their debut album, Next Time It's Personal, on July 31, 2026, via KROD Records. Written over the course of two years, Next Time It's Personal captures a formative period in the band's early twenties. The songs reflect the moments, relationships and uncertainties that came with that time, turning personal experiences into fast, melodic songs. Following the album's release, PLUTO THE RACER will embark on their first full European tour, starting on August 6. Having shared stages with bands such as Militarie Gun, Glitterer, One Step Closer and Fleshwater, the band continues to build their own place within the scene. Too young to have lived through the '90s firsthand, PLUTO THE RACER still carry the spirit of that era: fast guitars, emotional melodies and songs made for stagedives and singalongs.
