Riff Wood

Riff Wood is a rock band from Davis County, Utah composed of teenage best friends Carson Groves, Hyrum Russon, and Asher “Shredder” Winegar. Born from a shared love of music, the trio started rocking out together at the age of 11, honing their sound and building a lifelong kinship. Their talents came to the forefront when they claimed victory at the Utah Battle of the Bands as 9th graders, solidifying their reputation as young musicians to watch. Now, the band is making waves on social media, gaining immense popularity and connecting with fans worldwide. Riff Wood recently completed production on their independently made debut full-length album, Tough Luck, a bold showcase of their unique sound and love for rock music. The band is now working on their second album with world-renowned producer Rob Cavallo and has signed with Giant Music as their label partner to help bring their music to a wider audience. With friendship as their foundation and a passion for rock driving them forward, Riff Wood is on a mission to take the stage and leave their mark on the music world.
