An underground dance artist.
London based Caribbean artist Rileasa Slaves fell onto the music scene in early 2022 on a track with Charlie Boon titled Too Fly. The back story of this collaboration seems both random and universally ordained. After cutting shapes one night at a party in London with dance music powerhouse Becky Hill, months later out of the blue Becky had a track she thought needed a big personality and made contact via Instagram. That project didn't manifest but started a conversation that after a couple weeks and having no musical background Rileasa ended up in a recording studio with Charlie Boon and his manager Charlie G. Beats were played and she free-styled some ideas, Too Fly was born and after the success of the release the duo collaborated on a new track titled We Back. This is a new unexpected journey for the artist and with no rules to follow shes back in the studio experimenting, so stay tuned for some new sounds and new vibes
