Since moving to New York City in 1990, Yahel has performed and recorded with a wide array of name musicians, including trumpeter Ryan Kisor, trombonist Wycliffe Gordon, guitarist Bill Frisell, saxophonist Joshua Redman, vocalist Madeleine Peyroux, funk legend Maceo Parker, and others.
