It's politically charged, good time, beer drinking music that's perfect for big tops and festival fields! *Shanghai Treason have extensively toured the UK both as a headline act in small grassroots venues but also supporting the likes of Ferocious Dog, Stiff Little Fingers, Buzzcocks, Skinny Lister, Hayseed Dixie, The Undertones, The Bar Stool Preachers, Mad Dog Mcrea, The Rumjacks, Terrorvision, From The Jam, Riskee & The Ridicule, Black Water County, The Roughneck Riot & many more. Recent festival appearances include Boomtown, Beautiful Days Festival, Bearded Theory, Stone Valley Festivals, Farmer Phil's, Back Doune The Rabbit Hole, Tramlines, Northern Kin, Leopallooza, Maui Waui, Bingley Weekender, Rock N Roll Circus & a plethora of the UK's most loved grassroots shindigs. Shanghai Treason's first EU dates have just been completed which sees the band tour supporting for Mr. Irish Bastard over St Patrick's Day weekend in Germany and 2026 will see a string of single releases that will lead to a new album release in early 2027
