The Berlin-based trio (Roland Linares - Sax/Clar, Thomas Schmidt - guit, Gerhard "Kubi" Kubach - Bass) plays and improvises jazz, latin and pop standards since the early 2000s, focusing on harmonic interplay and an individual interpretation. Countless live performances lead to introduction of original compositions, which are featured on their latest releases "Nolita" (2020) and "Bronco's Blues"(2023). The songs by Linares, Kubach and Schmidt vary a lot: from swing-style, latin, film score-like or world music: their interpretations always show a wide musical range, combined with melodic richness and improvisational sensitivity.
