An underground, high-energy deathcore artist.
The band officially began its activity in 2008, with a series of concerts promoting the music that would later be released as their first full-length album. In 2010, the band released 'Children of The Atom', under the local record label Axa Valaha Productions. Over time, Spiritual Ravishment had the opportunity to perform at some of the most important festivals, both in Romania and abroad. The band had the pleasure of sharing the stage with iconic bands such as Napalm Death, Misery Index, Suicide Silence, Decapitated and Origin. Their next album, titled 'Exit Humanity', is deeply rooted stylistically in the grindcore/death metal genres. It was recorded by the trio Sebastian Stancu (vocals), Andrei Bejușca (guitar, bass), and Andrei Jumugă (drums). The year 2025 brings an important change in the band’s lineup: Cosmin Purge joins the group and becomes the new vocalist. 'Exit Humanity' tells the story of a species gone mad, caught in an absurd fight for supremacy. It is the tale of a world where humanity has learned nothing from its past, continually repeating them in a momentum that distorts and "brutalizes" human nature. Ultimately, it reaches a point where primal instincts dominate. The album was recorded at Postanalog Studio in Oradea and Consonance Studio in Timișoara. The mix was done by Tudor Scânteie and Andrei Jumugă, with Andrei Jumugă also taking care of the mastering. 'Exit Humanity' will be released under the record label Loud Rage Music.
