The Signatures Northern Soul are a UK based band playing rare soul associated with the 1970’s underground dance scene “Northern Soul” . The Signatures bring their own brand of power and energy to many classic and rare soul numbers creating a true balance between authentic and modern in sound. Ten-piece band, including three horns, featuring various guest singers. The band have backed many of the original Northern Soul artists such as Eddie Holman, Nolan Porter, Tommy Hunt, The Flirtations, Tobi Legend, Sidney Barnes, Gloria Jones, Brenda Holloway, Dean Parrish, Pat Lewis, Jimmy Thomas and Lorraine Silver to name a few. They were featured as the house band on The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on BBC 6 Music in 2023.
