Guitarist Thomas Zwijsen is most known for his arrangements of Iron Maiden (and other Heavy Metal) songs for Classical/Acoustic solo guitar. He has the ability to play vocal melodies, guitar parts, bass parts and even drums at the same time. Currently he has 17 Million YouTube views and 75.000 Subscribers. Thomas released 6 solo albums. Former Iron Maiden singer Blaze Bayley is a frequently returning guest on the albums. Thomas also contributed to multiple Blaze Bayley solo albums, and has been touring with Blaze since 2012. For the past 5 years, Thomas has toured in Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East, playing over 500 concerts. Thomas studied Classical guitar at the conservatoire of Arnhem and Latin/Jazz in Rotterdam. This, in combination with his affection for Flamenco and Heavy Metal has strongly influenced his technique and style. On popular demand Thomas released a Nylon Maiden Tab Book, and created an online guitar school at www.KingOfTheStrings.com especially for those who want to learn his style of guitar playing. At the end of 2016 Thomas was invited by Ortega Guitars to go to Spain and design his own Signature Guitar. The guitar is now available worldwide (limited to 66 pieces).
