Urthboy is a hip hop artist based in Newcastle, Australia. He has seven full length solo albums and a further five albums as part of 8 person group The Herd. Acclaimed for engaging storytelling and hooky melodies, Urthboy's creative experimentation has evolved with every release, working with artists such as Sampa the Great, Jimblah, Hermitude, Kira Puru, Jane Tyrrell and Bertie Blackman. In addition to his artist career, Urthboy is an artist manager (Hermitude), ex-label MD of Elefant Traks, music curator and mentor.
