Sometimes a virtuoso percussion solo is only a stone's throw away from a brute EDM interlude – such as in Vama's pop rock. In Romania, the five-member band has been a regular radio institution for years. And since the band wrote their hits for their latest album “Better” for the first time in English, the international career is pretty free of obstacles in their way. The influences of the five members range from blues to glam-pop. And Vama put them altogether in songs that are carried by unforgettable tunes. It makes Vama resemblant of the pop appeal of US stars like Maroon 5. There's no question that Vama are bron for the big stage – just because of the unbelievable live aura of vocalist Tudor Chirilă, who in the past has already performed as a rock opera actor, which he also co-wrote himself.
