An underground techno artist.
Xander.Black was instrumental in shaping the country's early electronic scene and founded the influential Greenparty Fiesta Única platform, a cornerstone of the Cuban rave circuit. With more than three decades behind the decks and in the studio, his sound is defined by minimal, deep and techno-leaning aesthetics built on functional progression, long-form tension, and dancefloor-first design. His production ethos is rooted in precision: hypnotic repetition, spatial depth, and analog translation crafted for club systems and vinyl culture alike. Over the years he has shared booths with internationally renowned artists and collaborated with Maceo Plex on the album 93, contributing to the standout track Stop That (Original Mix). Now based in Barcelona, Xander.Black brings his refined, DJ-focused sonic identity to Chrome with the forthcoming "Colors E.P.", landing later this year a powerful statement of groove architecture, rhythmic minimalism, and timeless underground energy.
