An intimate London Ragas baithak featuring Kathak dance by Alokparna Guha accompanied by live vocals from Debipriya Sircar and tabla accompaniment. The evening is split into two halves: introductory lecture-demonstrations explaining the origins of Kathak and tabla rhythm cycles, followed after the interval by traditional paramparagat Kathak Nritya performance.
