An underground jazz night.
An interdisciplinary conference exploring the roles that music, sound, and silence play in the history and contemporary reality of Dutch colonialism. Organized under the IMPRODECO research project at Utrecht University alongside ZOJazz Stage and Need for Legacy, the gathering brings together scholars, musicians, and artists for lectures, discussions, and live evening concerts examining postcolonial memory, resistance, and sonic heritage.
