Dark pop-romance, electronic sounds and the restrained vibrato of singer Stuart A. Staples. The Tindersticks from Nottingham have had their own style since 1993. While other bands burned out at the big Britpop party, the Tindersticks have evolved into something of a musical art project that is still making great pop songs. Tindersticks will return in the Spring of 2027 with a new album (their 15th studio album) and live concerts.
