An underground contemporary classical night.
Final concert of the Conducting Masterclass as part of the 2026 George Enescu International Competition. The evening features the Romanian Youth Orchestra under the baton of Cristian Măcelaru and three selected conductors from the masterclass. The program includes George Enescu's Concert Overture on Romanian Popular Themes, Livia Teodorescu-Ciocănea's fantasy for orchestra Anna Livia Plurabelle, Giuseppe Verdi's La forza del destino Overture, and Béla Bartók's Concerto for Orchestra.
