Innovative vocalist Rebecka Edlund presents new material written for voice and harmonium alongside trailblazing fiddle player Owen Spafford. Swedish vocalist and songwriter Rebecka Edlund weaves Scandinavian folk music with improvisation and contemporary jazz. Since moving to London in 2019, she has emerged as one of the UK's most compelling vocalists, touring with the likes of Laura Jurd and Rob Luft. Owen Spafford is a fiddle player and composer whose creative life orbits the worlds of traditional, experimental and improvised music. His understanding of the oral tradition and love for vernacular music from around the world enables an inventive and thoughtful musical voice. Together, they explore the intersection of folk and experimental improvisation.
