The duo Kiss Facility, consisting of Emirati-Egyptian singer Mayah Alkhateri and producer Sega Bodega, create an intimate soundscape described as Arabic Shoegaze. Their music blends floating guitar textures and traditional Arabic vocals with futuristic club elements. Their debut album KHAZNA explores themes of love, liberation, and self-transformation. Combining dream-pop and experimental electronics, the duo views their work as a soundtrack for hope and the freedom of oppressed women.
