An underground chamber music night.
The Orsino Ensemble, comprising some of Britain’s finest wind players, returns to Wigmore Hall for a diverse recital. Known for their high-level all-star playing and repertoire flexibility, the group will perform Nielsen’s Wind Quintet alongside the UK première of Mark Simpson’s The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows, a work inspired by neologisms for complex emotions.
