Bishop/Müller/Muche/Block
An underground, raw free jazz night.
Since 2016, the trio of Jeb Bishop, Matthias Müller, and Matthias Muche has been dedicated to the radical exploration of the trombone through improvisation and sonic boundary-pushing. For this project, they collaborate with US composer and media artist Olivia Block, who introduces electronics, synthesizers, prepared piano, and body-based sound actions to create a multichannel sound installation performing in live dialogue with the trio.
