The atmosphere is centered around liberation and fetish expression within the gay community. Dress code is strictly enforced: underwear only (briefs, jocks, swim briefs, boxers, or sports shorts). Nakedness is also permitted, but board shorts, bermudas, street wear, and shirts are prohibited.
