Seasoning presents an exclusive extended set from Peverelist and Pinch, bringing two of Bristol’s defining sonic shapeshifters together on The Old Blue Last soundsystem. For more than twenty years, their work has helped shape the movement of UK soundsystem music through dubstep, dub techno, post-dubstep, broken techno and the rhythmic territory beyond. Seasoning family YouYou opens the room, setting the foundations for the night through bass, electro, techno and exploratory club music. Before the dance begins, music journalist Lauren Martin will host a discussion and audience Q&A around her new book, Aftershock: The Seismic Impact of Dubstep.
