A State of Trance is a leading global trance event founded by DJ Armin van Buuren. The festival celebrates the best of trance and progressive music, bringing together top DJs and passionate fans from around the world. Renowned for its spectacular stage designs, immersive light shows, and euphoric atmosphere. In recent years, it has become increasingly clear that genres are blending more and more. No one can definitively explain what defines a specific genre anymore, and when someone tries, it often sparks debate. At A State of Trance, we play trance, but nowadays, trance incorporates many influences from genres like techno and (hard)house.
