GVLLOW blends the sonic and visual aesthetics of punk rock, post-punk, 80s goth, and subtle undertones of rap to create a sound that is fresh, diverse and completely unique. Born and raised in California's Inland Empire, he grew up in the SoCal punk scene before becoming involved in the underground rap world, DJing and producing for artists like Lil Peep and Ghostemane. After releasing solo albums that featured rock collaborations, his sound evolved into post-punk and darkwave, drawing influence from The Sisters of Mercy and Bauhaus. As a self-produced artist who also shapes his own visual identity, GVLLOW continues to cement his place as an innovative, genre-blurring performer.
