Diego Alejandro is a bassist, jazz composer, painter, and producer from Chile, now based in Leipzig and Berlin. His sound merges futuristic soundscapes with jazz fusion, lo-fi, and neo-soul, rooted in South American rhythms. His music features cinematic harmonies and complex mathematical rhythms that maintain a sense of groove and elegance. Currently working on a new album, Diego Alejandro has participated in the 7THEX residency by Xjazz and his work has been featured on BBC 2.
