Durchlüften 2026
An open-air, underground afro house night.
DURCHLÜFTEN celebrates its fifth anniversary, transforming the Schlüterhof of Berlin's Humboldt Forum into a vibrant open-air stage for global music and cultural exchange. Over four summer weekends, the festival presents 24 live acts and 12 DJs from around the world. Every evening features two concerts followed by a DJ set, creating twelve nights of musical discovery that span from Mauritanian desert blues and Andean futurism to Kurdish acid rituals and Afro-Colombian bass cosmology. The festival serves as a meeting point for living cultures, blending traditional instruments and narratives with contemporary global club culture. Since its inception, DURCHLÜFTEN has promoted cultural dialogue beyond museum walls, turning the courtyard into a space for participation, hospitality, and collective experience. The event is open to everyone, including music enthusiasts, museum visitors, and neighbors alike, inviting all to experience cultures in motion.
