Rubedo. Latin for redness. The final stage in alchemy, where what has been broken down, putrified, purified, and brought together, is transformed, into perfection. Primal matter, elemental opposites, male and female. Through contrast and perseverance we forge ourselves into stronger and better beings. Join us for the launch of a new trans fundraising night at The Glove That Fits. The focus on the hypnotic, driving, groove side of techno. Ticket sales from each event go to someone's gender affirming care, because for many transitioning is a tough, arduous journey, and through community we are strengthened and empowered. This launch edition is for Shayleen Rose's SRS fundraiser and also celebrates her 30th birthday. Posters by Edith Marlowe Geenty who will also have some artwork on display on the night.
