An underground jazz night.
Formed in 1994, Matt Darriau's Paradox Trio merges Balkan folk traditions, klezmer heritage, and New York downtown jazz improvisation. Featuring multi-instrumentalist Matt Darriau alongside electric guitarist Brad Shepik, percussive cellist Rufus Cappadocia, and percussionist Seido Salifoski, the quartet delivers high-energy explorations spanning southeastern European rhythms, film scores, and avant-garde jazz.
