Golden Girls: The Parody Musical
A queer, high-energy comedy night.
After a 4 year hiatus, the multi-award winning Golden Girls parody returns to the stage in Clapham. This loving tribute features an all drag queen cast, serving up razor-sharp comedy, powerhouse vocals, and plenty of camp musical numbers. When the girls’ Miami home is burgled, fear and petty squabbles take over. Blanche panics about her beauty sleep, Rose suspects everyone, Dorothy turns to biting wit, and Sophia plots revenge. As trust is tested, the ladies discover that real treasure is found in friendship and perfectly timed insults. This riotous love letter to chosen family and ageing disgracefully is written by Pixie Polite and features UK drag legends.
