A live audiovisual performance exploring biosonification, where living fungi are treated as musical collaborators. Biosonification devices translate the bioelectrical activity of a mushroom grow box into real-time notes that form an evolving ambient soundscape, over which artist and biology teacher Kasper van der Meulen improvises with global instruments and live looping. Blending music, storytelling, and science within a botanical environment, the session begins with a lecture on the role of fungi before unfolding as an immersive, interactive performance.
