Violist Nils Mönkemeyer returns to Wigmore Hall with his regular duo partner, pianist William Youn. The program features Johannes Brahms’s Second Clarinet Sonata in its viola version, alongside works by Rebecca Clarke, the celebrated composer and violist who studied with Stanford and Tertis. Mönkemeyer is recognized for his magnificent range of colors and innovative programming that has garnered international acclaim.
