FLoHM: what remains lingering
An underground, slow-burn ambient night.
Lausitzer Pl. 8 A, 10997 Berlin, Germany
FLoHM is the acoustic solo project of Hungarian cellist Gábor Hartyáni, blending meditative trance flows with influences from classical, jazz, and world music. The performance celebrates the release of the double EP 'what remains lingering', recorded during an artist residency in a rural Italian industrial space. Following the release of 'lingering'—a collection of spontaneous compositions—and 'what remains', a sonic collaboration with dancer David Kummer, this concert at Emmauskirche returns the music to a unique architectural space, emphasizing resonance, presence, and immersive listening.
