The seventh edition of the rejazz-festival continues to explore new perspectives in contemporary jazz, with a program highlighting female bandleaders. Over the course of three days, the festival showcases the diversity, vision, and vibrancy of today's jazz scene in Berlin. Day 1 opens with the Ariel Bart Trio, led by the Israeli harmonica virtuoso, who blends modern jazz with classical and Middle Eastern influences to create cinematic, chamber-like soundscapes. They are followed by the Silke Eberhard Trio, celebrating their 20th anniversary with their signature improvisational intensity and stylistic freedom.
