Multi-award-winning saxophonists Pete Wareham and Mark Lockheart reunite for a special performance, marking their first collaboration since their time in the acclaimed group Polar Bear. Wareham, known for his work with Acoustic Ladyland and Melt Yourself Down, is a prominent figure in both the crossover and modern jazz scenes. Lockheart, a former member of Loose Tubes and co-founder of Perfect Houseplants, is a celebrated instrumentalist with a rich history of touring and recording alongside top jazz figures. The evening will feature a curated selection of music from jazz legends such as Duke Ellington, Ornette Coleman, and Joe Henderson, alongside original compositions written specifically for this show. They are joined by bassist Tom Herbert and drummer Emre Ramazanoglu.
