Citrus Sun is the brainchild of Bluey, best known as leader of iconic jazz funk band Incognito since its creation more than 40 years ago. Mauritius-born Jean-Paul Maunick has since collaborated (frequently as a producer) with countless music legends including Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan and George Benson. The eight-piece band Citrus Sun features legendary UK guitarist Jim Mullen and is born of Bluey’s love for Jim’s guitar playing and the desire to be part of a band with him.
