OSP Presents: Firefriend (BRA) + Echoes Of Distant Stars
An underground neo-psychedelic night.
Firefriend and Echoes Of Distant Stars bring heavy, hypnotic space rock and ethereal psych soundscapes to London. Lineup on Mood.
Julia Grassetti and Yury Hermuche formed Firefriend in São Paulo, Brazil, crafting a unique blend of heavy, hypnotic psychedelia, space rock, and shoegaze. Over two decades, they have established a reputation for intense live performances and a prolific discography of 13 LPs. Joining them are Echoes of Distant Stars, a psychedelic space rock trio from Newcastle Upon Tyne. Their sound ranges from delicate and melodic to heavy and ethereal, specializing in long-form, semi-improvised concept pieces that draw from kosmiche, prog rock, folk, and psych.
