An open-air, nostalgic highlife night.
After a break of more than seven years, Dutch singer-songwriter Geert van der Velde returns with his intimate folk project, The Black Atlantic. Originally a solo introspective venture, the project has evolved into a full band that will now tour Germany and the Netherlands for the first time in years. The performances will feature a mix of classic material from the debut album "Reverence For Fallen Trees" and the "Darkling, I Listen" EP, alongside first glimpses of a new album planned for 2027. This tour marks a significant threshold for the artist, offering a chance to reconnect and experience new works shaped during his time away from the spotlight.
