Rob Heron & Conrad Bird
A slow-burn, underground swing music night.
Rob Heron has spent fifteen years touring globally with The Tea Pad Orchestra, blending classic country, gypsy-swing, rhythm & blues, and rockabilly into his original compositions. Known for his dry stage humour and engaging live sets, he has shared stages with major Americana acts like Pokey LaFarge and Sierra Ferrell. In 2026, he explores a more intimate, lonesome country sound and yodelling cowboy songs on his first solo record in nearly two decades. He is joined by Conrad Bird, the former frontman of the festival favourite Holy Moly & The Crackers. Bird is returning to his musical roots with a new solo EP featuring poetic folk songs and Dylan-influenced balladeering. Together, they are embarking on a joint tour to showcase their new solo material and step away from the high-energy rock & roll circus for a more charming, storytelling-focused stage show.
