Begin de dag op de best mogelijke manier met een cellosuite van Johann Sebastian Bach, uitgevoerd door Giovanni Gnocchi. Tijdens de Cello Biënnale Amsterdam worden de ochtenden gevuld met muziek en een licht ontbijt, bestaande uit verse jus, een warme croissant en cappuccino. In het kader van het festivalthema Shifting Borders vult de solist het programma aan met een nader te bepalen solowerk.

The morning recital is hosted at the Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ, located at Piet Heinkade 1 in Amsterdam.
