Bartóks intense vioolconcert
De Amerikaanse stervioliste Leila Josefowicz soleert in Béla Bartóks intense Tweede Vioolconcert, een indringende mix van volksmuziekinvloeden uit de Balkan en twaalftoonsmuziek. Onder leiding van de vaste gastdirigent Bas Wiegers brengt het Münchener Kammerorchester ook een nieuw werk van de Canadees-Nederlandse componist Trevor Grahl, winnaar van de Matthijs Vermeulenprijs 2025. De avond sluit af met Symfonie nr. 102 van Joseph Haydn, waarbij het orkest de perfecte klassieke balans van dit meesterwerk demonstreert.
