Since 2022, Jean Tonique and Mi Man have been creating a groovy and luminous pop sound as Tonique & Man, blending analog synths, polished vocal harmonies, and warm arrangements. Their music is characterized by a precise balance of immediate melodies and authentic songwriting. Following their 2023 debut album Opening Soon, the duo returns with their second album, Where We’re At, partially recorded at Studio Ferber in Paris. This new project refocuses on essentials with a more nuanced, mature, and self-assured take on pop, featuring airier arrangements and more prominent vocals while maintaining their signature DNA of soft disco and modern French elegance.
