After nearly two years of silence, TRÄNEN return with their second album "Leben in einer Katze," which forms the basis for their 2027 tour. Gwen Dolyn and Steffen Israel have created a record that is larger, more radical, and more vulnerable than their previous work. The album explores themes of belonging, longing, and love through a stranger's perspective—be it an alien or someone who simply feels out of place on Earth. TRÄNEN avoid the irony often found in contemporary pop, instead seeking raw emotional connection and asking big questions without defusing them.
