In connection with the theme of our Signs & Wonders Biennale, this concert titled Soul Trail is dedicated to the spiritual side of jazz: gospel, which has its origins in African-American church culture in the USA. This style of music is characterized by stirring rhythms, emotionally powerful melodies, and an exciting interplay between the musicians. Participants include the NDR Vokalensemble, pianist Daniel García, and the quintet of the Polish star violinist Adam Bałdych.
