Kara-Lis Coverdale performs her solo piano album A Series of Actions in a Sphere of Forever in the Elgar Room. Tickets on Mood.
Kara-Lis Coverdale performs her fourth full-length album, A Series of Actions in a Sphere of Forever, a collection of nine pieces dedicated to solo piano. Written and recorded during winter in a small rural studio in Ontario, the album reflects Coverdale’s retreat from maximal sound and a return to acoustic fundamentals, while maintaining her signature blend of experimental electronics and traditional musicianship. Part of the Steinway Series in the historic Elgar Room at the Royal Albert Hall.
