A phonetic brass revolution between Dadaism and contemporary jazz. Fümms Bö Brass is dedicated to the interplay of language, sound and musical interpretation. When the ensemble brings Kurt Schwitters’ monumental Ursonate (1922–1932) to the stage, two worlds collide: the radical fragmentation of language and the high-energy art of improvisation.
