One of the highlights of Baroque variation art was created by Johann Sebastian Bach with his 'Aria with Various Variations' – better known as the Goldberg Variations. Award-winning Bach interpreter Schaghajegh Nosrati, who was last heard at the Pierre Boulez Saal in 2025 with piano partitas, now dedicates herself to this milestone of the repertoire. The program also includes the French Overture and the Italian Concerto.
