CTM x ICA : Tyondai Braxton + Rian Treanor with Rotherham Sight & Sound + AM sin
An underground experimental night.
The opening night of the CTM x ICA series brings together experimental composition and regional sonic experimentation. Former Battles frontman and composer Tyondai Braxton showcases music from his album Splayed Werks, exploring layered electronics, orchestral structures, and intricate sound design. Electronic artist Rian Treanor joins forces with Rotherham Sight & Sound to perform with custom-designed digital synthesisers developed for visually impaired participants, deconstructing techno into unstable algorithmic rhythms. London electronic duo AM sin opens with immersive electroacoustic soundscapes featuring modular synthesis and vocal processing.
