Every autumn, the traveling showcase festival Popronde spotlights emerging musical talent across the Netherlands. For the Rotterdam edition, de Doelen's Eduard Flipse Zaal hosts performances by three selected acts: Amsterdam-based Irish-Dutch post-punk group KRAM, Sudanese multidisciplinary punk artist MAHA, and Pip Blom guitarist/vocalist Tender Blom presenting his solo pop project tenderblom.
